A primeira reunião é normalmente breve, direcionada para definir as metas gerais do negócio e ultimar os detalhes dos passos/produtos realizáveis/concretizáveis.

We would need more context to know whether the engagement is to deliver a product, a service or what, because, in Portuguese, a noun would still be required, unless the speaker (or writer) wishes to create a jargon that is a noun (realizáveis/concretizáveis), just like there is the corporate jargon in English (deliverables). I belive that "entregáveis" as a noun would be rejected by PhD professors, although widely used by corporate people who have business connections with the U.S.A.

P.S. = To me, "finalize" in business is best translated as "ultimar os detalhes"
