محترم ساتھی (Mohtram Saathi) or محترم رفیقِ کار (Mohtram Rafiq-e-Kaar) Explanation: The above word 'Mohtram' is a better word normally used for 'Dear' but the literal translation of 'Dear' is 'Piara' (For Male) and 'Piaree' (For Female). This word is not always used to address a person, and probably not in case of a colleague, IMO. Similarly, 'Mohtram' is used for male and 'Mohtrama' for female. |
