If I drop out of my internship, I'll feel like I'm "falling behind the pack" Explanation: I think that "falling behind the pack" is a good option because it conveys that if the person gives up/drops out of/ditches the internship, he/she will feel "behind the pack" (like he/she is being left behind and missing out on opportunities that the other people who continue with the internship might have in the future). |
