Ad un certo punto l'insegnante pronucia la frase "They’re all mine" rivolgendosi al pubblico che lo segue.

E' possibile che si riferisca agli esercizi? E quindi al fatto che li sta eseguendo benissimo, che non sente fatica, è concentrato/a ecc.

Nel gergo sportivo "you are mine" e simili si usano nel senso di "ti sto battendo/ti ho in pugno"...

Eventualmente potresti cambiare leggermente la formulazione mantenendo il senso: "sto andando bene/sono in gran forma/super concentrato ecc." o con qualche espressione più da palestra...

Ci riflettevo e aggiungo due varianti: "ho tutto/li ho tutti sotto controllo" -> nel secondo caso anche riferibile ai muscoli.
