neispunjenje (ugovornih) obaveza / obveza Explanation: U tekstu ugovora se najčešće koristi izraz "neispunjenje (ugovornih) obaveza", kao što je dato i u Zakonu o obligacionim odnosima odnosno u Zakonu o obveznim odnosima (HR). Često se kao naslov posebne odredbe koristi "Neispunjenje obaveza" ili "Raskid ugovora usled /zbog neispunjenja ".
