31. EVENTS OF DEFAULT
31.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time if the other Party fails to observe or perform any of its obligations under this Agreement and in the case of a failure capable of being remedied, the defaulting Party fails to remedy the same to the satisfaction of the affected Party within fifteen (15) Days after the affected Party notifies the defaulting Party of such failure.
