“Credit Limit” if used in this Agreement shall means the maximum amount of money for which the Client will extend payments to the Company.

Odnosno:

7.5 Credit Limit
7.5.1 If applicable, the Credit Limit of the Company shall be fixed by the Client at its sole discretion, on basis of the following data and materials to be provided by the Company:
7.5.1.1 collaterals provided by the Company;
7.5.1.2 profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements and other financial data of the Company;

7.9 the Client shall notify the Company of its Credit Limit in writing. The Credit Limit shall be valid from the first day of the month following the notification until set anew by the Client.
7.10 If Company breaches its obligations under this Agreement, the Client may decrease the Credit Limit upon written notice by the Client to Company.

Asker: U ovom slučaju se odnosi na odobreno prekoračenje - distributer se zadužuje kod Prodavca do maksimalnog iznosa (vrednosti robe koje distribuira) koji kasnije treba da plati. Ako ostavim kreditni limit, ne znam hoće li biti jasno?
