Si sta parlando del tesoriere:
The treasurer shall prepare annual financial statements of the Corporation that include a balance sheet as of the end of the fiscal year and an income and cash flow statement for that year.

Intende proprio dire "a partire dalla fine dell'anno di esercizio"? Che senso ha?
Tradurre semplicemente "alla fine dell'anno di esercizio" � errato ?
Oppure intendevano fine esercizio dell'anno "precedente" (e hanno dimenticato di scriverlo!)

agree  BdiL: Infatti fuori dall'ambito economico-burocratico-bilancistico (passatemi questa bruttura) anche volendo essere ironici (ma questo non mitiga troppo la rudezza) uno può dire p.es. "as of now!" = starting immediately. Cfr. "a far data da subito!" :) Maurizio
