may have a major effect on Explanation: if they are talking about passengers then the term is "fares". If about cargo, then it is "rates". Without more context there will always be a doubt, but I suspect that are referring to the fact that changes is fares could have repercussions regarding how far people are prepared to travel from their base, in other words the country of origin of travel |
