Appare nella rinuncia all'avviso di convocazione di un'assemblea degli azionisti.
Qualcosa e' stato digitato sbagliato, suppongo! Cosi' non ha senso! Essendo "waive" il verbo perche' viene preceduto da "and" nella prima frase?
