entre dans le champ d'application Explanation: ça fait très calque, mais c'est quand même la tournure la plus courante dans la langue juridique française. Il y a tellement d'exemples sur Internet que je ne saurais lequel choisir pour justifier mon point de vue... Par ailleurs, champ d'application me paraît aussi plus courant que domaine.... |
