Ternera???? Explanation: Without any more context, I can only presume you are referring to veal, which is "(carne de) ternera". Although in Spain beef generally called is called "ternera", as it is far younger than beef from other countries and isn't hung as long. You can also get "(carne de) vacuno" which is a little older and also "(carne de) buey" which is ox. Ni idea si hay otra palabra pa este tipo de carne en Argentina :-) Spot the Brit in Spain who misses a good bit of Scotch beef!!!!! |
