I'm not sure what this means. How can there be any rights to "a work of creation"??

  -> Thanks Ariser. The IATE reference is "an independent work of creation by a designer". While that formulation can certainly be used, it gets 55,700 UK ghits, but only 4,870 if you exclude all those that include "God" and "evangelical"!
