This not a term question really - I need help to decide whether there is a mistake by the author. To me there seems be a contradiction due to the expression highlighted below:
Kontrata është lidhur në bazë të vullnetit të lirë të palëve kontraktuese, dhe palët deklarojnë se hjekun dore nga prishja e kësaj kontrate për çfardo arsye qofte. Nëse njera pale *hjek dore nga prishja* e kësaj kontrate në mënyrë të njëanshme, e njejta është e obliguar të ia kompenzoje palës tjetër në tërësi demin e shkaktuar si pasojë e hjekjes dore nga kjo kontrate.
The contract partners declare that they won't break the contract ("hjekun dore nga prisja..."), and then in the next sentence one party is supposed to "hjek dore nga prishja", which causes damage to the other party and has to be compensated for. I expected "Nëse njera pale *prish kontratin* në mënyrë të njëanshme". What's your opinion, dear colleagues?

I think the contract is saying that "if one of the parties declares that they withdraw their right of unilateral breach of contract, and then do so later, they agree to pay the other parties for the damages incurred by this unilateral breach of contract."
they probabbly forgot one phrase or two
