Respecto a las eventuales indefiniciones que pudiera tener el alcance del presente Contrato, el Contratista manifiesta expresamente conocer y aceptar el carácter de “llave en mano” del Contrato, por lo que se entenderá que están incluidos en las Obras todos los suministros, actuaciones y servicios necesarios, salvo aquellos expresamente excluidos en la Cláusula 1.2, sin que las eventuales indefiniciones puedan en ningún caso suponer aumento de precio, que se ha de entender fijo y no revisable durante toda la vida del Contrato, ni extensión de los plazos para la ejecución de las Obras
