neutral  Sandra Petch: Having translated employee appraisal what-nots, I'm more inclined to see these "appréciations" as comments, "satisfactory" "unsatisfactory" etc. rather than an A, B, C grade. Although it is confusing that the question mentions "scolarité" then "trainee"!
