Bus/Financial - Insurance / reinsurance

This is a new one on me, and I worked in reinsurance for years. Any help greatly appreciated.

I put 'follow-the-fortunes clause' which gets all the hits in this context. Many thanks, to SmartTrans too.

Notes to answerer
Asker: This gave me the clue, but actually I find lots of references for a follow-the-fortunes clause in exactly this context. Smarttrans is absolutely right, the glossary does describe it. Silly me for not looking - I usually do I promise!

joinder (of parties)

Explanation:
(Portal Jurídico-Legal - http://forodelderecho.blogcindario.com/2007/12/00026-derecho...
Según Alcaraz y Hughes (Dic. Térm. Jurídicos), "litisconsorcio" = "joinder of parties, joint litigation".
