poetic Explanation: What they seem to be saying is that if you have a blot on the landscape already, adding another blot to it is a definite improvement! Once that is established, I don't think it really matters very much how you say it! " ... strengthens the powerful lines of the landscape". I'm sure they say somewhere too that this powerstation is environmentally friendly, if only because putting it in a pre-established industrial setting is better than plonking it in the middle of some untouched landscape. |
