Hola a todos:

No tengo contexto, pero según he visto, debe de ser uno de los múltiples usos de la palabra "cola" en Argentina, que está relacionado con las películas.
Lo que no sé es si se trata del trailer de un filme o de la parte extrema de una cinta.
¿Podríais auydarme con la traducción al inglés?

I should have mentioned that regardless of which end of the film it is attached to, it is called a 'leader', as confirmed here:

I'm not familiar with the various film usages in Argentina for 'cola' but from what I know about film (which is the industry I work in) and Spanish, this could be a real possibility for what you are looking for.
