(physical) distribution Explanation: the procedure must be based on rules and making sure that all concerned are aware of these rules and their content - notices on the noticeboards....... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 12 mins (2009-03-27 21:44:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- PROPER distribution was what I meant to write - clearly it's past my bedtime |

effective disclosure Explanation: just another option |

duly distributed Explanation: I think I'd use distribution rather than circulation as the latter suggests (to me) that the information can fall into anyone's hands, whereas distribution is made only to the people actually concerned. ...rules/regulations drafted/drawn up and duly distributed and you could use 'made effective' for 'concrétiser' - which I always hate translating :-) |

correctly communicated Explanation: I think the implication is that everything needs to be understood by all concerned. Communicated would imply distribution, etc. I think, and convey the concept of getting to everyone, IMO. Maybe there is a better adjective than 'correctly' also - 'properly', or 'effectively', if that is not a too literal word-for-word translation. |
