mandekking Explanation: Het is een tactiek waarbij 2 soldaten elkaar om de beurt dekken zodat de één vooruit kan lopen of zich terug kan trekken, terwijl de ander de vijand afleidt met dekkingsvuur. Het probleem met 'mandekking' is dat het in de sport een toch iets andere betekenis heeft. |

pinnen Explanation: vastpinnen b.v. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2009-03-19 15:28:19 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ...niet goed gelezen en ook even vergeten dat 'bounding' ook haasje over betekent, dus het om beurten dekking geven zoals Bieke al aangeeft. Als hier geen NL equivalent voor boven komt drijven denk ik dat je als vertaling best bounding kunt laten staan, met aanhalingstekens eromheen, want de uitleg staat er toch al precies voor (alleen even (beurtelings) tussen haakjes aan toevoegen:) |
