French term or phrase: société civile professionelle
I know this sounds like a silly question but as it's a legal document I don't want to make a mistake. This company description refers to the law firm that is one of the parties to the contract. Can I just say law firm or is there a more specific legal term for this type of company? Many thanks

-> Thid seemed to be the nearest among a list of categories of societies, and putting it in 3 level of confidence meant that I was not that confident of it being the best

disagree  Colin Smith: a wild guess. "Société" does not mean social.
