"Article 2 – Remise des Illustrations
L'Illustrateur s'engage à remettre au plus tard le [DATE A COMPLETER] à l'Éditeur l’intégralité des illustrations, répondant aux caractéristiques prévues ci-dessus et/ou en annexe le cas échéant. Pour être acceptées, les illustrations devront être toutes légendées et présentées à l’Editeur en feuillets de classement et/ou en haute définition sur support numérique compatible avec le système informatique de l'Editeur.
Les documents utilisés dans l'ouvrage restent à la disposition de l'Editeur pendant un an à partir de la publication. Les éventuels documents originaux fournis par l'Illustrateur lui seront restitués sur sa demande par l'Éditeur après ce délai, étant entendu que si dans un délai d'un an à compter de la publication de l'ouvrage, l'Illustrateur n'a pas réclamé les documents fournis, l'Éditeur ne pourra être recherché en cas de perte ou de destruction desdits documents."

I would think that it does apply since it is being used for forms and would have to be separated the same way one should do it for illustration.

I did think of "filing sleeves", but they tend to be used for DVDs or business cards, rather than for A4 paper.
