Dit zijn de zgn. 'hiring managers', de lijnmanagers binnen wiens onderdeel de vacatures (zijn) ontstaan. Zij worden in het werving- en selectieproces ondersteund door HR-managers/stafmedewerkers en evt. daarnaast ook nog door 'recruiters'. Zie onderstaande voorbeelden en eerdere Kudoz vraag.

However, many Hiring Managers would prefer to give you a job description and have you run along to identify viable candidates from this rather incomplete profile. In order to successfully identify, recruit, sell, and onboard a potential candidate for a new opportunity requires a partnership, between the Hiring Manager, HR, and the Recruiter.

What is an Interim Manager?
An Interim Manager will provide specialist resources for a limited period:
A) to fill a gap in a senior position - for example where someone has left at short notice, or is on long term sickness, and you need to fill the gap until they return or a permanent replacement can be recruited;
B) to cover a transitional period until the need ends or the situation warrants a permanent appointment. This allows the incumbent to completely focus on the assignment, rather than it being an extra responsibility loaded onto an existing executive's workload.

Interim managers are typically hired for three to nine months in senior but hands-on roles to help organisations undergoing major change, trying to implement a critical strategy, or looking to plug a critical management gap. Organisations usually hire interim managers because the role in question is not a permanent position OR BECAUSE A PERMANENT MANAGER CANNOT BE FOUND QUICKLY ENOUGH.
