Как передать "ПО (наложению ареста)"?

Или вообще лучше избежать этой конструкции и написать "Attachment by the Bailiffs of property of OAO ____ ' in order to secure the claim by decision of..., etc.

Explanation:
There is a bit of a difference in U.S-U.K. usage I think. Bailiffs in the U.S. tend to attend court hearings (and if necessary seize people), but they aren't usually the ones who seize property if necessary.

Мне кажется, что смысловой упор в данном контексте - на том факте, что действия были произведены в соответствии с такой-то статьей, а поэтому, возможно, избежать этой конструкции не удастся.
