Elke Benson ASKER notice of crown appeal 01:58 Mar 10, 2009  Thanks for your help, Katja, also for findig the reply key :) Notice of crown appeal against a sentence imposed by the Court of Criminal Appeal in 2007 has now in 2009 been filed at the court of Criminal Appeal, so it the same court. The notice is to the defendant Katja Schoone Germany 12:35 Mar 9, 2009  both is commonly used, but means different things. Einspruch gegen ein Urteil geht an die gleiche Instanz, Berufung wird meist bei einem höheren Gericht eingereicht. Beides sind Rechtsbehelfe. Could you please provide more context?
