Chers collègues, j'ai finalement gardé "homme à tout faire". "factotum" quoiqu'exact et littérairement charmant, ne sied pas trop ds ce contexte d'hôtellerie. Quant à concierge, j'y avais pensé mais évidemmment son rôle n'est pas celui d'un hàtf.. MERCI encore !
