...per intendersi, potrebbe darsi che risultano ancora iscritti dei creditori, anche se ogni debito (mutui ecc.) e' stato saldato...ma non e' stata fatta ancora la cancellazione, che avviene o automatica dopo 20 anni credo o su specifica richiesta del proprietario dell'immobile....ho venduto l'anno scorso un immobile di mia proprieta' con ancora sopra due "ipoteche"....e dopo aver verificato che nulla piu' dovevo ai creditori e che quindi non valevano piu', queste sono state cancellate dal Grundbuch
