j'ai "prodotto ad oc=1" (j'avais pensé à une erreur typo mais non... puisque après il y a la définition de "oc"

"L'oc è caratteristico della ricetta (prodotto) ed è fisso per tutta la durata della ricetta (tipicamente, l'anno)."

quelqu'un sait avec certitude, comme on traduit "oc" ? d'avance merci !

La temperatura più bassa alla quale una miscela di una certa sostanza con l'aria (a pressione ambiente) può essere incendiata (ad opera, ad esempio, di una scintilla). Tale parametro può essere determinato in recipienti aperti (open cup - o.c.) o chiusi (closed cup - c.c.); i valori misurati con il primo metodo sono normalmente più elevati di quelli riscontrabili con il secondo.

Excuses moi je n'ai pas vu que tu demandais une réponse certaine. Je t'ai proposé cette réponse vu le secteur indiqué (chimie) mais je n'en suis pas sûre vu le contexte un peu trop mince.
oc se réfère à la façon dont on détermine le point d'éclair (essai en creuset fermé ou ouvert) http://www.upu.int/customs/fr/definitions_of_9_classes_of_da... (page 2).
