Spanish term or phrase: apparent or evident
Si alguien está comiendo muy rápido y le digo en español: "es evidente que tienes hambre" ¿diría en inglés: "it’s evident you are hungry" o "it’s apparent you are hungry"?

Como siempre, muchas gracias.

English translation:it’s evident
Explanation:

¡Buena suerte!

agree  Almudena Grau: I´d choose between this or Remy´s suggestion. They are the most natural. "Evident" wouldn´t sound right in that conversational context.

obvious/clear

Explanation:
apparent or evident don't sound natural to me in this phrase, I think obvious or clear sound better, I also like Remy's suggestion

anyone can see that you're hungry

Explanation:
if you need an adjective then I would go for "obvious" as suggested by kostan and Alex, but this is how I would say it myself
