Italian term or phrase: ora per allora
I know what "ora per allora" means, obviously, I just can't think how to phrase it nicely.

2.4 Allo scadere del termine del diritto di superficie, la proprietà delle Opere, ad eccezione della Porzione Parcheggio Riservata, come di seguito definita, per cui opera la previsione del successivo articolo 3, verrà automaticamente trasferita al Concedente per consolidamento, obbligandosi le Parti, *ora per allora*, a compiere tutti gli atti giuridici eventualmente necessari alla formalizzazione ai fini della trascrizione di tale trasferimento presso la competente conservatoria dei registri immobiliari..."

Explanation:
-- don't suggest this is used much in English/Scottish contracts, but it's fairly common in US. Dictionary of Law, Oxford University Press definition: (now instead of then) - phrase used of a judgment that is entered in such a way as to have a legal effect from an earleir date.

Explanation:
I think in this case "ora" is to be intended as a reference to the act the parties are subscribing.
"allora" is not necessary.

Explanation:
oppure: as of this moment (date)
ora per allora è espressione del linguaggio giuridico e significa "da questo momento", corrisponde al latino ex tunc e le due espressioni sono anche usate insieme = ora per allora (ex tunc)

"Ex tunc" is often used in English as such and also "from the very moment of ..(ex tunc)"
