Hallo Rolf,
Aus meiner langjährigen Pressearbeit kenne ich das anders:
erst ein communiqué ... de synthèse mit den Kernpunkten, dann die ausführliche und bei Franzosen meist sehr pädagogisch und daher für deutsche Journalisten nicht immer geeignete, weil auch zu lange Presseinformation.

neutral  Rolf Kern: Ich glaube nicht, dass die Zusammenfassung einer Pressemitteilung ist. Es ist die Pressemeldung an sich, die "de synthèse" genannt wird, also eine besondere Gattung von Pressemeldungen bzw. Pressemitteilungen.
