Ich verstehe das so, dass dieses Großunternehmen auch dem am weitesten entfernten Mitarbeiter gegenüber nicht anonym bleiben will, sondern der Mitarbeiter sozusagen weiß, mit wem er seine Probleme besprechen kann. Liege ich da völlig falsch? Wie sagt man auf Deutsch?
