Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, our waive includes, but is not limited to:
If our marriage terminates at the death of one or both of us, with respect to the other's separate property any and all claims and rights upon death under any jurisdiction that either of us might have in the property or estate of the other by virtue of being the other's spouse except as provided in 3.1.4 of this Agreement, including without limitation, all rights under laws of intestate succession, share of an omitted spouse, spousal elective share, exempt property allowance, family allowance, homestead exemption, dower, curtesy and rights of administration.
