The job coach is a rather well-known concept. He/she is the one providing the personal support to the disabled person, in the preparation phase as well as on-the-job. However, a job coach service does not necessarily mean that supported employment is put in place, a job coach can be used/provided without having the whole process of supported employment, which happens in a series of member states. Moreover, the term 'job coach' is closely linked to the service provided to severely disabled persons who need on-the-job support from someone who actually assists them to learn the job. This kind of service is not needed for all target groups for whom supported employment is applied now. Therefore, EUSE for example suggests the more neutral term of 'support worker'.

Asker: Наистина би могло да бъде "трудов наставник". Но дали няма да звучи обидно, политически некоректно. Може би вторият вариант е по правилен - "трудов инструктор"?

Explanation:
Трудно ще се намери такъв термина български, тъй като в България няма такива асистенти. Тук има "лични асистенти" и "социални асистенти", но те не покриват значението на английския термин.
