English term or phrase: underlying momentum
I think why we should continue to feel really great about the company is I continue to feel the best teams with the best products will continue to win,

combined with something many of our employees have heard over time, which is our unique footprint.

It gets back to the fact that in every one of our businesses, there is a lot of underlying momentum,

and there is significant opportunity to continue to grow at rates faster than the market.
