Σε αντίθεση με το without prejudice to (το οποίο νομικά σημαίνει κατά κυριολεξία "χωρίς να παραβλάπτονται" το subject to σημαίνει μόνο |με την επιφύλαξη, επιφυλασσομένων (δηλ. υπό την τήρηση ορισμένων προϋποθέσεων). Θα διαφωνήσω λοιπόν με το without prejudice, το οποίο χρησιμοποιείται κυρίως για τα δικαιώματα. E.g. "without prejudice to any of our rights"

All shareholders' rights attached to the share, subject to the provisions of Article 3 of the Codified Law* 2190/1920 are obligatory in proportion to the percentage of the share capital represented by the said share
*(Ο 2190/1920 αναφέρεται πάντα ως Κωδικοποιημένος Νόμος και όχι σκέτα ως Νόμος)
