Hello,

I'm having trouble finding the US English equivalent for this term. It is from a Dominican Republic court ruling on a dispute between an insurer and an insured. Here it is in context:

"Por lo que la Superintendencia de Seguros procedió en esa misma fecha a redactar ACTA DE NO ACUERDO suscrita por..."

Basically the two parties could not agree during arbitration and so the issue then went on to a court of law, but the "Acta de no acuerdo" was drafted first by the mediator from the Superintendency of Insurance.

Any ideas?
