* Ganzbaum (whole tree) – Baum mit Ästen und Wurzelstock
* Vollbaum (full-tree) - Baum mit Ästen
* Rohschaft/Ganzschaft (tree-length) – Rohschaft wird mehr oder minder sauber entastet, Ganzschaft wird sauber entastet und entrindet
* Sorten (assortments) – werden als Langholz (long-length, > 4,5 m), Kranlängen (3-7 m) oder Kurzholz (short-length, < 4,5 m) bereitgestellt
* Waldhackschnitzel (chips) – aus Ganz- oder Vollbaum (green-chips) oder auch aus entrindeten Stämmen je nach Verwertungsziel gewonnen
