Ceci n'est pas ma suggestion mais un appui à celle de Salih -- La phrase pourrait ressembler à ceci :

Pour que l’exploitation d’un entrepôt soit efficace, on doit pouvoir en mesurer la productivité et X a conclu que les choses pouvaient être améliorées de ce côté. Le système de gestion de l’entrepôt a fait une partie du travail en enregistrant les données de volume mais n’a pas fourni les données en heures qui auraient permis d’évaluer adéquatement le taux de rendement.

l'extrait que j'ai fourni est la présentation d'un plateforme "warehouse management system". Je suppose que ça colle avec votre contexte...
