Hi, I wonder if you can help me with this expression. It is used in the Republic of Ireland (common law legal system like the UK) to refer to the collection of evidence (documents, forensic, etc) that will be presented by the prosecution to prove the charge in a criminal trial. I think it might be similar to a bill of indictment used in the US system but I am not certain. For those who speak French, I think it might be similar to "l'acte d'accusation" in France. Thank you in advance.
