In exchange the Shopping Platform Operator is receiving the following rights from the Platform Partner:
• Exclusive rights to access the Platform Partner’s customer data base for lifestyle retail purposes. Both parties agree that any subscriber data-related process will be compliant with Ukrainian privacy law.
• The term “exclusive access to entire subscriber data” shall be limited to the purpose of lifestyle products such as e.g. fashion, apparel, accessories, watches, home & garden, entertainment. This exclusive right does not limit the right of the Platform Partner to grant access to its subscriber data to any other third party with another purpose.
