agree  MatthewLaSon: Yes! It doesn't bother me that this question is asked a lot, if the person never encountered the expression before. Sometimes, the glossary entries/previous questions aren't sufficent for those who are very unfamiliar with phrase. They still have doubts.

  -> there are between 10 and 20 entries in the glossary and the 'answer chosen' is a verbatim replica of several of them. I can understand asking again if there is confusion, but this is a boilerplate phrase and perfectly clear
