Desearía que me den ideas por favor, se trata de unas entrevistas (grupo focal) donde varias personas hablan de sus preocupaciones sobre sus estados de salud.

Hay infinidad de traducciones posibles, y que en dichas entrevistas se repite esta frase "n" veces, les pediría que me ayuden con algunas variaciones para la traducción de la misma.... o alguna que les "suene" mejor...

It's a drain on my brain.


Explanation:
Don't confuse it with "brain drain," when you have a mental lapsus, like from working on a translation too intently.

In this case, it means something that is mentally taxing in terms of the worry it causes.
