Термин в договоре ("объект" или "объекты приватизации"). Имеется в виду объект недвижимости. Есть ли полный аналог в английском (за исключением вариантов privatization property, property to be privatized etc.)?

Explanation:
The word "target" can be substituted for this popular Russian word <<объект>>.

NB: This only works if the real estate has not *yet* been privatized. If it has already been privatized, then I would use something like Adam's variant of "privatized property."

"Property to be privatized" is fine to, imho, but again only if the real estate has not been privatized yet.

disagree  The Misha: This is logically wrong since subject is the doer, not someone or something to which sth is being done. Your reference misses the point since the word "subject" in it is synonymous to "issue", which is a case different from this one.
