Explanation:
"Brewery" here looks suspiciously like a clumsy translation into English of the French "breuvage" (source text refers to France) which can mean not only "brewery", but more simply "beverages". I think this more general term is what is required in this case.

--------------------------------------------------

The use of "brewery" in the English source text sounds non-native. I have never heard of beer, etc., referred to as "brewery". "Brewery" refers purely to the PLACE where brewing is carried out, hence my suspicion (nay near-certainty)that the root of the problem here must be the ambiguous (and in this case incorrectly translated) French word "breuvage".

Explanation:
il termine tecnico come traduzione di "brewery" in questo contesto, in italiano è a tutti gli effetti "prodotti birrari".

neutral  Colin Rowe: I am certain that "prodotti birrari" is the correct Italian term if "beer", etc., is meant. However, "brewery" is NOT the correct term in English! See my answer for explanation!

agree  mrecanatini (X): E' questa la traduzione piu' giusta. Sebbene brewery significa "distilleria di birra", in questo caso il testo si riferisci al prodotto sviluppato al suo interno.

agree  Graziella Iossa: I agree, I did not understand at first what the sentence meant. Sure it's not just beer (birre) what they are referring to?

-> It could conceivably mean beer, but using the wrong English term for it. Even if only beer is meant (which I seriously doubt), "bevande" is not incorrect, just less specific. Contrasted with "dry products", "beverages" is certainly more likely in context.
