Come è più esatto tradurre Atto di citazione in inglese?
Io ero convinta che "writ of summons" andasse bene ma ora ho scoperto che esiste anche lo "statement of claim" e sono andata nel pallone. Qualcuno potrebbe spiegarmi la differenza? Ho letto gli altri thread ma non mi si è accesa nessuna lampadina!

Forse lo "statement of claim" è una dichiarazione che segue il "writ of summons"???
