Reference information:
Os níveis circulantes de estradiol tem um feedback negativo sobre a secreção de GnRH, ou seja, esses níveis de estradiol inibem a secreção de GnRH.
Já altas concentrações de estradiol tem o efeito oposto, ou seja, estimulam a secreção de GnRH (feedback positivo).
Estradiol é um estrógeno, hormônio participante do ciclo menstrual. Esse comportamento em relação às concentrações é um dos mecanismos atuantes no ciclo mestrual. É preciso que o folículo ovariano se desenvolva para que depois haja a ovulação. Como hormônios diferentes controlam cada passo, há esse comportamento em relação às concentrações.

Ficarei feliz se tiver ajudado. Pensei que colocar todo o ciclo menstrual ficaria grande demais. O importante é que hormônios diferentes são estimulados em cada concentração de estradiol, o que possibilita os vários passos do ciclo. Porém, se você quiser, eu coloco o ciclo todo.
