I thought I could translate as follows

Le XXX convient que si WWW remplit toutes ses obligations et s'acquitte de ses obligations conformement au present contrat..

but this does not sound right to me, now

therefore, i tried :

Le xxx convient que si wwremplit toutes ses obligations et respecte présent Contrat établit entre les parties présentes...

still in doubt.
