non so bene come tradurre al meglio questa frase. il contesto è questo: "au moment de la livraison, l'utilisateur est tenu de signer une déclaration de réception dans laquelle il atteste de la conformité du bien à ce qui était demandé, de son parfait fonctionnement, ainsi que de la présence de la documentation nécessaire pour l'utilisation; en l'absence de tout cela, l'utilisateur a le droit de refuser la livraison et *d'objecter au fournisseur sa défaillance* en en informant immédiatement la Concédante".
il concetto è chiaro, ma sulla traduzione non sono sicura.
qualche idea?

agree  Enrico Tosi: s'agit il de la defaillance du fournisseur ( inadempienza ) ou de la procedure ( inadempimento ); je penche pour la premiere; je precise aussi que peu-être " notificare " est un peu faible

  -> Merci à toi ; dans la phrase en français il n'y a aucune équivoque pour moi : c'est le fournisseur qui est défaillant. Quant à notifier ,si le terme peut sembler faible, le contexte est suffisamment fort : il s'agit de refuser la livraison.....
