Das könnte ich mir als sinngemäße Übersetzung vorstellen. Allerdings stolpere ich noch über das "et" zwischen non loyal und non-marchand, vielleicht könnte man es auch als "oder" verstehen? "Fehlerhaft" von kriddl find ich noch besser als "nicht fehlerfrei". Vielleicht kombinierst Du unsere beiden Vorschläge zu: "fehlerhaft oder nicht marktfähig"? |

Explanation: ich verstehe gemäß Handelsrecht das "loyal" eher i.S. der Rechtsterminologie als "qualité loyale et marchande" = "...den gesetzlichen und handelsüblichen Bestimmungen/Vorschriften entsprechendes Produkt" Als Markenprodukt sollte es eigentlich schon seine Marktfähigkeit / Marktbestimmtheit bewiesen haben. In deinem Fall ist der Satz selbstverständlich zu verneinen. |
